Mr. Parks is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey and California (inactive). He holds a J.D., as well as an MBA in Finance, has been in private legal practice for 30 years, 28 of which has defended the motoring public in courts in New York and Northern New Jersey.
Katie is our Assistant Office Manager, and facilitates our communications with clients, courts, businesses such as fleets and trucking companies, and government offices necessary to obtain our client's objectives. She is holds a BS in Business Economics and is able to answer most technical questions about scheduling and case information.
